We are looking for experienced and qualified professionals to join our team for a major construction project in the Red Sea region of Saudi Arabia.

đź“Ś VACANCIES

1. Electrical Engineer

Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering.
Minimum 5 years of relevant construction/project experience.
Experience in electrical installation, testing, commissioning, and site coordination.
Ability to review drawings, specifications, and technical submittals.
Strong knowledge of applicable Saudi/international standards.
Red Sea / hospitality / infrastructure project experience is an advantage.

2. Mechanical Engineer

Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
Minimum 5 years of relevant construction/project experience.
Experience in HVAC, plumbing, firefighting, and mechanical systems.
Ability to review shop drawings, material submittals, and coordinate with other disciplines.
Knowledge of project specifications and applicable standards.
Red Sea / hospitality / infrastructure experience is an advantage.

3. Quantity Surveyor

Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field.
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in construction projects.
Experience in quantity take-off, BOQ preparation, cost estimation, valuations, variations, and subcontractor payments.
Strong knowledge of construction contracts and commercial documentation.
Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Excel.
Experience with major Saudi projects is preferred.

4. General Foreman

Minimum 8 years of relevant construction experience.
Strong experience in supervising site activities, manpower, materials, and subcontractors.
Ability to read and understand construction drawings and specifications.
Responsible for daily site coordination, productivity, quality, and safety compliance.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Experience in large-scale Saudi/GCC projects preferred.

đź“‹ GENERAL REQUIREMENTS
Transferable Iqama / valid Saudi work status preferred.
Candidates must be available to work at the project location.
Relevant experience in large-scale construction projects is highly preferred.
Immediate availability will be an advantage.
