Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced E&I Supervisor to oversee and supervise all Electrical & Instrumentation installation activities for a 13.8 kV Overhead Transmission Line (OHTL) project in Jalamid. The role is responsible for ensuring that all electrical and instrumentation works are executed in accordance with approved drawings, project specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities
• Supervise all electrical and instrumentation installation activities related to the 13.8 kV OHTL project.
• Ensure work is carried out in compliance with approved IFC drawings, technical specifications, and project standards.
• Monitor installation of conductors, insulators, grounding systems, terminations, panels, and associated electrical components.
• Coordinate daily site activities with construction teams, subcontractors, and other disciplines.
• Ensure adherence to HSE policies and safe work practices at all times.
• Conduct site inspections to verify quality of workmanship and compliance with standards.
• Support testing and commissioning activities as required.
• Identify site issues and coordinate with engineering and project teams for timely resolution.
• Maintain daily progress reports and site documentation.
• Ensure proper material handling, storage, and utilization at site.

Qualifications & Experience
• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 15+ years of relevant experience in electrical and instrumentation works within power transmission or utility projects.
• Proven experience in Overhead Transmission Line (OHTL) projects (13.8 kV or higher preferred).
• Strong knowledge of electrical installation standards, testing procedures, and safety regulations.
• Experience in the Middle East, preferably Saudi Arabia, is an advantage.
• Strong leadership, coordination, and communication skills.
