We’re Hiring: Sales Executive – Facility Management
📍 Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
🏢 Company: Elite Integrated Facility Management Co. Saudi Arabia.

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to support the growth of our Facility Management services across the Riyadh region.
The ideal candidate will have strong market knowledge, client connections, and a proven ability to win new business.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new FM business opportunities in Riyadh region.
- Build relationships with clients, consultants, and contractors.
- Prepare sales presentations and marketing materials for customers/prospects.
- Support Accounts dept to prepare the commercial offers.
- Support tender submissions and contract negotiations.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.
- Attends key Exhibitions and Trade Fairs in Riyadh to help building relations in FM industry.

🔹 Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.
- 3–5 years of Sales & Marketing experience in the FM or related industry in KSA.
- Strong knowledge of the Saudi/Riyadh FM market, Social media skills and client network.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Valid Saudi driving license with Own vehicle.
- Valid Transferable Iqama.

Candidates based in Riyadh, having a required work experience and qualification to apply via email.
