Tahatan Holding Company is a well-established heavy equipment rental company based in the Eastern Province of Saudi Arabia. We own and operate a strong fleet of equipment and are now seeking a highly experienced and professional Sales Manager / Sales Team Leader to lead our sales operations, expand business opportunities, and strengthen client relationships.

We are looking for a dynamic individual who can manage the sales team effectively, bring new projects, and support overall business growth in the construction and industrial equipment rental sector.

Key Responsibilities :

Sales & Business Development
Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets in line with company objectives
Identify and develop new business opportunities and projects
Handle quotations, inquiries, and tender submissions professionally
Negotiate contracts, rates, and finalize deals with clients
Maintain strong and long-term relationships with new and existing clients
Team Leadership & Management
Lead, guide, and support the sales team to achieve targets
Assign daily tasks and monitor follow-ups and client communication
Train and develop team members to improve performance and efficiency
Review sales performance reports and provide corrective actions when needed
Motivate the team to maintain high performance and productivity
Operations & Coordination
Coordinate closely with operations, logistics, and accounts departments
Ensure timely mobilization and demobilization of equipment to site
Handle client feedback, complaints, and resolve issues promptly
Ensure all contracts, purchase orders (POs), and documentation are properly completed and updated
Reporting & Administration
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports
Monitor outstanding payments and support collection follow-ups
Report business performance and updates to senior management


Required Qualifications :

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (Master’s degree will be an added advantage)
Computer course diploma or certification covering MS Office and basic computer skills
Minimum 5–7 years of experience in sales, preferably in heavy equipment rental or construction industry
Only candidates currently based in Saudi Arabia are eligible to apply
Proven experience in managing or leading a sales team
Strong negotiation, communication, and leadership skills
Good understanding of construction and industrial equipment market (preferred)
The candidate must be proficient in basic and professional computer applications:

Basic Skills :

MS Word – Professional emails, proposals, and documentation
MS Excel – Sales tracking, reporting, and data management
Email systems (Outlook / Gmail) – Professional communication
Advanced Skills (Preferred)
Advanced Excel functions (SUM, VLOOKUP, filters, pivot tables)
ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or company-specific software)
CRM tools for customer management and sales tracking
PDF editing and document handling
Basic PowerPoint for presentations and reporting
