JOB DESCRIPTION
Position: Business Development Manager – Fit-Out & Construction
Role Objective
To generate new fit-out and construction projects, expand client network, and secure contracts to achieve company revenue targets.
Responsibilities
Business Development
• Identify new fit-out opportunities.
• Build relationships with consultants, clients, developers.
• Track tender pipelines.
• Attend meetings & site visits.
• Convert leads into contracts.
Sales & Commercial
• Prepare proposals & presentations.
• Participate in pricing strategy.
• Negotiate contracts.
• Close deals
• Achieve revenue targets.
Market Development
• Monitor competitors & market rates.
• Identify sectors (retail, offices, hospitality)
• Maintain CRM / client database.
• Develop partnerships.
Internal Coordination
• Coordinate with estimation & technical team.
• Support tender submissions.
• Track project progress after award.

• Revenue targets
• Conversion ratio
• Client acquisition
• Pipeline growth.
• Proposal success rate
7️-KPI Targets
KPI Target
Annual revenue secured ≥ 10M SAR
Projects closed/year ≥ 8–12
New clients/year ≥ 6
Tender success rate ≥ 25%
Pipeline value ≥ 3? target
Client meetings/month ≥ 15
8-Compensation Structure
Salary Package
7,000 – 9,000 SAR (Upon successful completion of the stipulated job requirements)
Commission
1%–2% of secured contract value
Bonus
If annual target exceeded:
+0.5% extra on excess revenue.
Example Earnings Scenario
If BD secures:
10M SAR/year
Commission @1.5% = 150,000 SAR
Monthly avg = 12,500 SAR
Total income:
Base 7k + commission ≈ 20k/month
