Role Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic Project Manager to lead and execute strategic projects that drive operational success. The ideal candidate will combine strong interpersonal skills with strategic thinking and crisis management capabilities to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.

Key Responsibilities:
Define project scope, timelines, and resources for smooth execution.
Drive accountability and alignment across teams and stakeholders.
Monitor project KPIs, including financials, to ensure budget control.
Identify risks early and implement effective mitigation strategies.
Resolve conflicts and maintain project quality, cost, and schedule.

Proven experience in project management within TIC or similar industries.
PMP or equivalent certification is a plus.
