Core Responsibilities
Planning & Strategy: Develop project plans, goals, scopes, objectives, timelines, and budgets from initiation to closure.
Execution & Monitoring: Oversee day-to-day execution, track progress, manage milestones, and ensure quality delivery.
Resource & Vendor Management: Coordinate internal teams, third parties, and vendors, ensuring efficient resource allocation.
Financial Control: Manage project budgets, track costs, and ensure financial precision.
Risk Management: Identify, analyze, and develop strategies to mitigate project risks.

Stakeholder Communication: Facilitate clear communication with team members, clients, and upper management, providing regular reports.
Compliance & Governance: Ensure adherence to company policies, local regulations, contract requirements (like NEC4), and safety standards (HSE).
