WE ARE HIRING: BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER

Location: Dammam, KSA (Eastern Province)
Sector: Oil & Gas (EPC / Industrial)
Experience: 5–10 Years (Saudi/GCC Market)

About the Role:

We are looking for a result-driven BD Manager / Senior BD Executive to grow our Oil & Gas project portfolio in the region. If you have a strong network and experience with Aramco & SABIC projects, we want you!

Key Responsibilities:
Growth: Identify and secure new Oil & Gas EPC projects.
Relationships: Manage ties with EPC contractors, consultants, and end-users.
Tenders: Handle pre-qualification, bidding, and tender submissions.
Coordination: Work with Technical & Estimation teams for winning bids.
Requirements:
Proven track record in Saudi/GCC project acquisition.
Strong knowledge of Aramco/SABIC standards and portals.
Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
