We're Hiring: Sr. Business System Analyst (Finance)

📍 Location: Dhahran, Saudi Arabia

Minimum Requirements
✅ Bachelor's Degree in Finance
✅ Proven work experience as a Financial Analyst

Experience & Qualifications
✔ Minimum 10 years of experience as a Financial Analyst, preferably within the Oil & Gas Upstream sector.
✔ Strong expertise in financial statements, budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, asset management, value assurance, and financial risk management.
✔ Experience in annual business planning, quarterly forecasting, and performance management cycles.
✔ Proven involvement in transformation initiatives, operational excellence programs, and cost optimization projects.
✔ Experience in KPI development, performance dashboards, and transformation value capture.
✔ Strong analytical, strategic planning, and organizational change management skills.
✔ Excellent communication, presentation, technical writing, and training delivery capabilities.

• In-depth knowledge of the Oil & Gas industry, trends, regulations, and challenges
