🔹 We’re Hiring: Senior Procurement & Commercial Operations Lead – Hospitality (KSA)
We are looking for an experienced, highly organized, and execution-focused professional to lead procurement and commercial operations for luxury hospitality projects across Saudi Arabia.
This is a hands-on operational leadership role centered on execution, supplier management, and structured coordination — not an administrative or sales position.

🔹 Key Responsibilities
• Lead end-to-end sourcing and procurement of Operating Supplies & Equipment (OS&E / OSE) for luxury hotels and resorts
• Manage international suppliers across Europe, Asia, and the Middle East
• Prepare and evaluate quotations, conduct supplier negotiations, issue purchase orders, and oversee delivery timelines
• Coordinate closely with logistics teams, customs clearance, and regulatory compliance requirements (SFDA, Saber, COO)
• Communicate directly with senior client stakeholders regarding specifications, delivery schedules, and execution matters (non-sales role)
• Structure complex procurement processes and ensure efficient operational workflows
• Maintain accurate documentation, tracking systems, and clear reporting throughout project cycles

🔹 Candidate Requirements
• Minimum 7 years of proven experience in hospitality procurement, FF&E, or Operating Supplies & Equipment (OS&E / OSE) sourcing
• Demonstrated prior experience in the same hospitality procurement field, with strong understanding of industry practices and project requirements
• Existing professional network or established client base within the hospitality sector is highly preferred
• Strong background in international sourcing and supply chain coordination
• Solid commercial understanding including cost control, margin awareness, risk management, and delivery planning
• Structured, calm, and professional communication skills
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems (Odoo is an advantage)
• Fluent English is required; Arabic is a strong advantage
