Description

We are seeking a skilled IT Technical Support Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT support with experience in Odoo, CCTV systems, Networking, Digital signage Menu screen handling experience in the F&B with QSR Experience. You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our technological systems and providing top-notch support to our staff and branches across the saudi arabia.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide technical support for Odoo POS system, including troubleshooting and user assistance.
Monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot CCTV and Networking systems to ensure security and compliance.
Update and manage digital signage menu screens to reflect current promotions and menu items.
Collaborate with team members to identify and resolve technical issues.
Experience in handling the office365 administration side.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
Proven experience in IT support, preferably in the F&B retail industry.
Familiarity with Odoo POS system is an advantage.
Experience with CCTV installation and maintenance.
Knowledge of digital signage solutions and content management.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
