BMCO-FM is pleased to announce an exciting career opportunity in Saudi Arabia for one of our reputed and well-established clients.
Position: Procurement Engineer (Mechanical Background)
We are looking for an experienced Procurement Engineer with a Mechanical Engineering background. Candidates with Facilities Management (FM) experience and experience working with iconic or reputed companies will be highly preferred.
📌 This position is open for local hiring only. Candidates must be currently based in Saudi Arabia with a transferable Iqama.
Key Requirements
Minimum 8 years of GCC experience
SAP experience is mandatory
Fluent in English (Arabic – Native level preferred)
Currently located in Saudi Arabia (local hiring only)
Transferable Iqama is mandatory
Ability to mobilize within 30 days
Age below 40 years
Working Hours
9-hour shift (8 working hours + 1-hour break)
6 working days per week
Salary Package
SAR 12,000 – 15,000 per month
Package will be finalized based on experience and interview performance
Job Responsibilities
Conduct market research to identify suitable suppliers meeting technical and financial requirements
Strong knowledge of vendor registration (mandatory)
Evaluate supplier proposals based on quality, cost, and delivery timelines
Negotiate contracts and commercial terms to secure competitive pricing
Coordinate with engineering teams to align technical specifications and purchase orders
Monitor supplier performance and ensure contractual compliance
Develop and maintain strong supplier relationships
Identify cost-saving initiatives and procurement process improvements
Prepare procurement reports and forecasts for management review
Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and regulations
Support cross-functional teams to enhance project delivery and operational efficiency
