We ESAD Human Resources Solutions hiring experienced System Administrator for work in different cities in KSA.

Job Title: CAFM System Administrator

About the Role:

The CAFM System Administrator is responsible for the administration, configuration, and day-to-day operation of the Computer-Aided Facility Management (CAFM) software. The role ensures accurate data management, smooth system performance, and effective support to facility management operations.

Responsibilities:

- Administer and maintain the CAFM software system, ensuring data accuracy and system reliability.
- Configure system modules including assets, work orders, preventive maintenance, helpdesk, space management, and inventory.
- Create, update, and manage asset registers, locations, equipment hierarchies, and maintenance schedules.
- Manage user access, roles, permissions, and system security.
- Monitor work order workflows, service requests, SLAs, and KPIs.
- Generate reports and dashboards for management on maintenance performance, compliance, and asset lifecycle.
- Coordinate with FM teams to ensure correct use of the CAFM system and adherence to processes.
- Provide user training and first-level technical support to CAFM users.
- Liaise with software vendors for system upgrades, bug fixes, and enhancements.
- Support data migration, system integration, and backup processes.
- Ensure CAFM system aligns with contract requirements and client expectations.


Qualifications & Requirements:

- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in IT, Engineering, Facilities Management, or related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience managing CAFM systems.
- Hands-on experience with CAFM related software.
- Strong knowledge of FM operations, asset management, and maintenance workflows.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, reporting tools, and basic database concepts.

Preferred Skills:

- Experience with system integrations (BMS, ERP, Helpdesk).
- Knowledge of preventive maintenance planning and SLA management.
- Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills.
- Ability to train users and manage multiple stakeholders.
