We are seeking an experienced Pizza Chef to join our kitchen team. The ideal candidate has strong knowledge of dough preparation, fermentation, and baking techniques, with a passion for quality ingredients and consistent execution.

Responsibilities:

Prepare and stretch fresh pizza dough (hand-tossed, thin crust, or Neapolitan style)

Operate wood-fired, gas, or deck ovens

Prepare sauces, toppings, and mise en place

Ensure quality, consistency, and presentation standards

Maintain cleanliness and food safety compliance

Assist with inventory and kitchen prep as needed

Requirements:

2+ years experience as a pizza maker or pizza chef

Knowledge of dough fermentation and proofing techniques

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Strong time management and teamwork skills
