Key Responsibilities

• Design & Engineering• Prepare detailed layouts, drawings, and technical specifications for cold rooms, doors, evaporators, and insulation systems.
• Ensure designs comply with industry standards, safety regulations, and client requirements.
• Optimize designs for energy efficiency, durability, and ease of installation.

• Estimation & Costing• Develop accurate cost estimates for materials, equipment, and labor.
• Prepare BOQs (Bill of Quantities), quotations, and tender documents.
• Evaluate vendor and supplier quotations to ensure competitive pricing.

• Client & Sales Support• Collaborate with sales teams to provide technical input during client meetings.
• Present design concepts and estimation breakdowns to clients in a clear, professional manner.
• Support business development by offering innovative and cost-effective solutions.

• Project Coordination• Liaise with project managers, contractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth execution.
• Provide technical support during installation and commissioning phases.
• Maintain documentation for warranty, compliance, and quality assurance.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/Industrial Engineering or related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in cold room design, refrigeration systems, or cold room estimation.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar design software.
• Strong knowledge of insulation materials, refrigeration equipment, and cooling technologies.
• Excellent analytical, numerical, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
