We are looking for a skilled IT Support Engineer to join our team in Riyadh on an urgent basis.

๐Ÿ”ง Key Responsibilities:

- Provide L1/L2 technical support for desktops, laptops, and users
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues
- Configure and support Microsoft Outlook, Office 365
- Install and maintain Windows OS and applications
- Manage printers, scanners, and other IT equipment
- Basic knowledge of networking (LAN/WAN, DHCP, DNS)
- User account management (Active Directory preferred)

๐ŸŽฏ Requirements:

- Minimum 1โ€“2 years of experience in IT Support
- Strong troubleshooting and communication skills
- Knowledge of Windows, Networking, and Office tools
- Transferable Iqama (Mandatory)
- Immediate joining preferred
