Job Title: CNC Milling Machine Operator

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented CNC Milling Machine Operator to join our
precision machining team. The CNC Milling Operator will be responsible for setting up, operating,
and maintaining CNC milling machines to produce high-quality precision components. The ideal
candidate will have a strong background in CNC operations, technical drawing interpretation, and
precision measurements, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in every project.

Key Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate CNC milling machines according to production requirements and specifications.
- Read, interpret, and work from mechanical drawings, blueprints, and technical documents.
- Load raw materials and safely remove finished components.
- Monitor machining operations and make necessary adjustments to maintain precision and quality.
- Inspect parts using precision measuring instruments (micrometers, calipers, gauges).
- Troubleshoot and resolve machine or program-related issues.
- Maintain accurate documentation of machine settings, adjustments, and production output.
- Ensure proper care, maintenance, and calibration of CNC machines and tools.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to improve processes.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and quality standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.

Candidate Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent (Technical/vocational training preferred).
- Minimum 4–6 years of proven experience operating CNC milling machines in a precision machining environment.
- Strong knowledge of CNC milling operations, cutting tools, and machining processes.
- Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings, blueprints, and GD&T; symbols.
- Proficient in CNC programming (G-code) is an advantage.
- Excellent mathematical and analytical skills.
- Hands-on experience with precision measuring instruments.
- Ability to troubleshoot machining issues.
- Physical stamina and ability to handle materials.
- Strong attention to detail and quality.
- Willingness to work shifts and overtime.
