Job Function
• Set up and operate bending machines according to production drawings and specifications with DELEM controllers.
• Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and work orders.
• Adjust machine settings such as bend angle, speed, and material thickness to achieve desired results.
• Inspect finished parts using measuring tools (calipers, protractors, gauges) to ensure they meet quality standards.
• Perform routine maintenance on bending equipment and report any malfunctions or needed repairs.
• Ensure safe operation of machinery and compliance with all safety policies and procedures.
• Record production data such as quantities, dimensions, and materials used.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the work area.
