*Job Summary:*

K Zone Trading is seeking a highly skilled and meticulous Accountant to join our finance team in Al Khobar. This is a local hiring opportunity, and we are looking for a candidate who can start immediately. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial management, auditing, and taxation, and will be responsible for a wide range of accounting duties to ensure the accuracy and integrity of our financial data.

*Key Responsibilities:*

* *Financial Reporting and Management:*
* Manage all accounting transactions, including general ledger entries, journal vouchers, and financial records.
* Prepare and publish timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
* Develop and manage budgets, and prepare accurate financial forecasts and reports for management.
* *Auditing and Compliance:*
* Conduct internal audits of financial transactions and documents to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
* Assist in external audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations.
* Ensure all financial activities comply with local and international accounting standards and regulations.
* *Taxation:*
* Accurately compute and prepare all tax returns, including VAT, withholding tax, and corporate income tax, ensuring timely submission to the relevant authorities.
* Stay updated on changes in tax laws and regulations to ensure the company remains compliant.
* *Accounts Management:*
* Process and reconcile accounts payable and receivable, ensuring accurate and timely payments and collections.
* Reconcile bank statements and other financial accounts on a regular basis.
* Process payroll and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
* *Operational Support:*
* Maintain a robust system of financial controls to safeguard company assets.
* Identify and recommend improvements to accounting processes and procedures to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
* Provide financial analysis and insights to support business decision-making.

*Requirements:*

* Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Professional certifications (CPA, CMA) are a strong plus.
* Proven experience as an Accountant, with a solid understanding of auditing and taxation principles.
* In-depth knowledge of accounting standards (e.g., IFRS) and financial regulations in Saudi Arabia.
* Proficiency in accounting software ) and advanced skills in MS Excel.
* Exceptional analytical skills and meticulous attention to detail.
* Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Immediate availability to join is essential.
