We are looking for an experienced, professional, and customer-focused Barista to join our team at a residential compound in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate should have good knowledge of coffee preparation, experience operating different types of coffee machines and equipment, and excellent customer service skills.

The candidate must be able to communicate effectively in English and maintain high standards of beverage quality, cleanliness, and customer satisfaction while providing excellent service to compound residents and guests.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including different types of coffee, for compound residents and guests.
- Operate espresso machines, automatic and semi-automatic coffee machines, grinders, and other equipment.
- Ensure consistent beverage quality, taste, and presentation.
- Clean, maintain, and perform basic troubleshooting of coffee machines.
- Greet residents and guests, take orders, and provide friendly and professional service.
- Handle residents' requests, preferences, and complaints professionally.
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards.
- Monitor stock levels and manage coffee and beverage supplies.

Job Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience working as a Barista is required.
- Good English communication skills are mandatory.
- Knowledge of different coffee types, brewing methods, and preparation techniques.
- Experience operating different types of coffee machines and equipment.
- Excellent customer service skills, especially when dealing with compound residents and guests.
- Professional appearance, good personal hygiene, and a friendly attitude.
