WE ARE HIRING: PURCHASER – HIGH END CONSTRUCTION MATERIALS

Fluent in Arabic & English Specialized in High-End Construction Materials
Part-Time / Full-Time Position Available
An established company in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia is seeking a highly experienced Purchaser with a strong background in construction materials for hotels, palaces, luxury villas, and resorts.
The ideal candidate should have solid knowledge of local market prices and a network of reliable suppliers in the Jeddah area.

Key Responsibilities:
• Source and procure high-end construction materials at competitive prices
• Negotiate contracts, payment terms, and delivery schedules
• Build and maintain a trusted supplier network in Jeddah
• Coordinate closely with site engineers and project managers
• Monitor inventory and forecast material requirements
• Ensure proper documentation of all purchasing activities

Qualifications:
• Minimum 5 years of experience in purchasing construction materials, specifically for hotels, palaces, luxury villas, or resort projects
• Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written)
• Strong knowledge of Jeddah market prices and supplier contacts
• Excellent negotiation, planning, and organizational skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) or ERP systems
• Must be currently residing in Jeddah
