Description

We are seeking a Local Purchaser with strong knowledge of the Riyadh food market, capable of sourcing high‑quality products, negotiating competitive prices, and ensuring continuous availability of essential items for our catering and HORECA clients.

This role requires a proactive individual who understands food categories, supplier networks, and market pricing — and can act quickly to secure urgent items when needed.

Source food and non‑food items from local Riyadh suppliers.

Negotiate prices, secure best commercial terms, and meet company cost targets.

Identify new suppliers and expand the vendor network.

Ensure product availability and prevent stock shortages.

Coordinate with warehouse and sales teams for daily requirements.

Follow up on deliveries and ensure timely supply to clients.

Occasionally deliver urgent orders to clients as to maintain good customer satisfaction.

Maintain updated price lists and monitor market changes.

Build strong relationships with suppliers and ensure quality compliance.
