Job Title: Plumber – Villa Projects (Riyadh, Khuzam)

Company Type: Contracting Company (Not a Manpower Supplier)

We are a contracting company operating in Khuzam, Riyadh, currently looking to hire experienced Plumbers to join our in-house team for villa construction and finishing projects. Please note that we are not a manpower supply company — selected candidates will be working directly under our company.

Job Description:
• Carry out plumbing works in villa projects, including piping, installation of sanitary fixtures, water supply, and drainage systems.
• Read and understand plumbing layouts and drawings.
• Perform leak testing, pipe fitting, and final fixture installations.
• Ensure quality workmanship and compliance with site standards and safety protocols.
• Coordinate effectively with engineers and other site workers.

Job Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years of experience in residential plumbing (villa projects preferred).
• Must be currently in Saudi Arabia with a valid Iqama and ready for immediate transfer.
• Knowledge of plumbing tools, pipe sizes, materials, and proper installation practices.
• Should be hardworking, responsible, and capable of following instructions.
• Willing to work as part of a site team under real site conditions.

Salary & Benefits:
• Monthly Salary: SAR 2400 – 2700 (depending on experience and skills).
• Food: One time meal provided daily.
• Accommodation: Provided by the company.
• Salary will be paid on time every month.

Important Note:

Once selected, the candidate must commit to working for a minimum of 90 days before requesting to leave or transfer.
