Job Title: Architectural Drafter (Revit Specialist)

Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Architectural Drafter with strong proficiency in Autodesk Revit to join our engineering consultancy team. The candidate will be responsible for producing accurate architectural drawings and models, coordinating with design teams, and ensuring compliance with local regulations and project requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
• Create detailed architectural drawings and 3D models using Revit.
• Collaborate with architects and engineers to develop design concepts and technical solutions.
• Prepare construction documents including plans, sections, elevations, and details.
• Ensure compliance with Saudi building codes and municipal regulations.
• Update and revise drawings based on feedback from design and supervision teams.
• Coordinate BIM models with other disciplines (MEP, structure).
• Maintain drawing organization and file management protocols.

Qualifications:
• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Drafting, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in architectural drafting using Revit.
• Proficient in Revit (mandatory), AutoCAD, and other BIM-related tools.
• Knowledge of Saudi building standards and municipal submission requirements.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work under deadlines.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.

• Experience working in engineering consultancies in Saudi Arabia or the Gulf.
