Description

First Period Co ( Contracting Field ) , based in Riyad , is looking for Senior Architect Eng ( Technical Office ) . as per below qualifications :

* Can Join Immediately :

* Minimum 8 Years experience in the construction Field ( Preferable working in Commercial buildings , Offices buildings , Industrial Buildings )

* Reading BOQ , Contract Conditions & Project Specs

* Design & Preparing Shop drawings ( Plans , Sections, Elevations , Walls Section , Flooring , Partitions , Ceiling , Ect

* Coordinate with Supplier & specialized subcontractor and seeking for quotations

* Coordinate with PM and Management for selection of supplier and subcontractor

* Familiar with building materials and knowing the market ( Stone , Glazing , Gypsum , Tiles , Marble , Epoxy , Handrails , ect )

* Preparing QS and BOQ

* Can lead a team of draftsman and more

* Can coordinate with other disciplines and have good skills of communication

* Expected Salary ( Package ) : 15-18 K Depends on the experience and interview
