1. Planning Engineer

Location: Amaala Renewable Energy Project – Tabuk Province

Experience Required: Minimum 5 Years



Responsibilities:

Develop, update, and maintain detailed project schedules using Primavera P6.
Prepare and manage baseline schedules in compliance with contract requirements.
Monitor project progress, identify variances and delays, and propose mitigation/recovery actions.
Prepare and present progress reports including S-curves, histograms, dashboards, and weekly/monthly updates.
Perform critical path analysis, float management, and schedule risk assessments.
Conduct resource and cost loading of project schedules.
Coordinate with project managers, site teams, subcontractors, and consultants to ensure alignment on project timelines.
Assist in the preparation of Extension of Time (EOT) claims and delay analysis reports.
Ensure full compliance with company, client, and contractual planning/reporting requirements.
Actively participate in project meetings and provide clear updates on schedule performance and risks.


Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering.
Minimum 5 years’ proven experience in planning and scheduling within construction, power, water infrastructure, or oil & gas projects.
Proficiency in Primavera P6 (mandatory).
Strong knowledge of project management principles including Earned Value Management (EVM), resource leveling, and progress measurement.
Advanced skills in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and project reporting tools.
Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
