JOB DESCRIPTION
Responsible for building the knowledge of advanced maintenance systems and the technical capacity of the maintenance team and ensuring the highest availability and reliability of production lines at the lowest possible cost through the implementation and continuous improvement of the maintenance systems applied in the department and ensuring that all maintenance work in the department is going according to the operational work instructions of the Maintenance SOP.
RESPONSBILITIES
Covering the work of the department manager in his absence.
To follow up the daily activities related to the department technically and to coordinate with the Reliability and Maintenance Manager to implement the proposed solutions
Analysis of the daily problems of production line dependencies related to maintenance (malfunctions - maintenance - volume changes - failure operations) and develop the necessary plans to address them in coordination with the department manager
Actively participate in the factory's safety and quality systems and requirements
Support for any development or modification that may be required for the product or for the various operational processes
Follow up the maintenance team's working hours and vacations in terms of planning and coverage in line with the department's requirements
Ensure that daily tours are applied to all equipment in the factory in line with the company's requirements and reliability objectives
Attending the daily meeting of reliability with the readiness of maintenance stops and work plans for them
sFollow up and execute the daily technical work of the maintenance department from maintenance - volume changes - repair requests - corrective maintenance with all section teams
Follow up on local and foreign purchase orders with the purchasing department and work with the spare parts warehouse to reduce stock
Issuing and updating systems results on a monthly basis and setting appropriate action plans to maintain results within the department's goals in coordination with the department manager
Documenting work plans for the department's daily meeting and sharing it with all department teams
Responsible for the application of maintenance systems (maintenance planning and scheduling - fault removal - lubrication - cost management - equipment) in the department.

Participation in the provision of training courses that increase the efficiency of the production staff and the department technically
Follow-up work plans for the coming period based on the department's strategy in terms of improvement ideas, savings, projects .... etc.
Follow up and carry out any other work directed to him by the direct manager within the scope of his work
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Advanced courses in using and programming (PLC), speed control devices, Invertors and assembling electrical panels
Advanced supervisory skills
Dealing, presentation and negotiation skills.
Computer skills and MS Office systems.
Knowledge of the main principles of work in the maintenance team and absolute commitment to them
QUALIFICATION
Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical / Electrical / Electronic Engineering with 5 years' supervisory experience
WORKING CONDITION
Training staff on equipment operating and maintenance procedures
Ensuring that machinery, systems, infrastructure, and equipment run optimally with minimal downtime
Responding to major equipment breakdowns

REQUIRED EXPERIENCES Practical experience of not less than 5 years in the field of industrial machinery maintenance and technical supervision
PHYSICAL ATTRIBUTES Initiative - Motivational - Creative - Continuous - High leadership ability
