Duties and responsibilities:
Identify and develop new project sales opportunities within the construction and advertising sector.
Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, consultants ,engineers and advertising companies.
Promote company products to suitable clients.
Prepare and deliver technical presentations to clients.
Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall growth in the assigned region.
Track ongoing projects from design to execution and ensure timely product specification and order closure.
Provide market intelligence and competitor analysis to support strategy development.
Ensure excellent customer service and post-sales support.

Requirements :
Proven experience in project sales within the construction as well as advertising sector.
Strong existing network with contractors, consultants, and project stakeholders.
Must be fluent in Arabic and English both spoken and written.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Bachelors degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field is an advantage.
Valid Saudi driving license preferred.
