Inside Sales & RFQ Coordinator – Industrial Products & Services Al Khobar, Saudi Arabia
Location: Al Khobar, Saudi Arabia
Employment: Full-Time
AMAC is an industrial instrumentation, automation, calibration and technical services company serving clients across Saudi Arabia. We are seeking an organized, proactive and detail-oriented Inside Sales & RFQ Coordinator to manage daily customer inquiries, quotation processing, supplier coordination and sales follow-ups.
Key Responsibilities:
Receive, register and track customer RFQs and inquiries
Prepare commercial quotations using approved pricing and technical inputs
Enter and maintain quotations and sales orders in Odoo ERP
Coordinate with suppliers to obtain prices, availability and delivery schedules
Follow up with clients on submitted quotations, pending clarifications and purchase orders
Maintain RFQ trackers, customer records and quotation status reports
Coordinate with technical sales, procurement and operations teams
Arrange sales meetings and maintain organized quotation documentation
Ensure timely quotation submission and professional customer communication
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Commerce, Engineering or a related field
Minimum 2–3 years of experience in inside sales, sales coordination, quotation preparation or industrial trading
Experience with industrial equipment, instrumentation, electrical or automation products
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook and Word
Experience with Odoo or another ERP system is a strong advantage
Excellent written and spoken English
Good organizational skills, accuracy and ability to handle multiple RFQs simultaneously
Strong follow-up and customer coordination skills
