Finelook, a leading name in fashion retail, is expanding its dynamic e-commerce team! We’re looking for a detail-oriented and proactive E-commerce Specialist who will play a key role in managing product listings, handling order fulfillment, and maintaining accurate data across our online platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
Add and update product listings on e-commerce platforms (website, marketplaces, etc.)

Ensure product content (descriptions, images, prices, tags) is accurate and SEO-friendly

Coordinate with the warehouse team for smooth and timely order fulfillment

Monitor inventory levels and ensure availability is reflected online

Process customer orders, returns, and exchanges efficiently

Support promotions, campaigns, and price changes

Work closely with the Customer Relationship Manager to enhance customer satisfaction

Requirements:
Previous experience in e-commerce operations, product listing, or order management

Strong knowledge of e-commerce platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce, Amazon, etc.)

Excellent attention to detail and accuracy

Good communication skills (English and Arabic preferred)

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets and other office tools
