HR Supervisor (Saudi M/F)

• Ensures that the responsibilities of the Human Resources Department are met, while maintaining a professional atmosphere, maintaining confidentiality and meeting the employment needs of our people and company.
• Monitor staff’s performance and attendance activities
• Coordinates staff recruitment and selection process in an orderly and timely manner
• Provides information and assistance to staff, supervisors and Council on Human Resources
and work-related issues.
• Handles all governmental platforms (QIWA, GOSI, Muqeem etc.)
• Makes sure Human Resources team and employees follow all applicable laws.
• Ensures that the highest standards of personal hygiene, dress, uniform, appearance, body language and conduct of the team and maintained by all employees in the department.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources with relevant experience
• Saudi – preferably living in Al Khobar
• Can join immediately
