Key Responsibilities:

Support end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes
Assist with employee relations, performance management, and engagement initiatives
Maintain and update HR databases, employee records, and documentation
Coordinate training sessions and development programs
Ensure HR policies and procedures are up-to-date and compliant with labor laws
Support payroll, leave management, and benefits administration
Provide day-to-day support for employee inquiries and HR-related matters

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Minimum 2 years of experience in an HR role
Solid understanding of HR functions and best practices
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS tools
Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and integrity
Must know English & Arabic.
