A renowned well established construction company, urgently required Male/Female HR Manager in Jeddah.

Requirements:
✅ Education: Bachelor’s in HR or relevant courses & experiences.
✅ Experience: 10+ years in HR, preferably in construction.
✅ Languages: Arabic + English 100% required.
✅ Skills: Strong communication, labor law knowledge, leadership.
✅ Mindset: Proactive, empathetic, and passionate about empowering teams.
✅ Pakistani/Indian/Jordanian preferable but Arabic must be 100%.
✅ Age 30-50 years.

Your Role:
✔ Recruitment & Talent Management – Hire top talent for corporate and site teams.
✔ Employee Relations – Foster a positive workplace, resolve concerns, and ensure compliance.
✔ Training & Development – Implement programs to upskill teams (safety, leadership, etc.).
✔ HR Policies & Compliance – Oversee Govt labor laws, payroll coordination, and company policies.
✔ Diversity & Inclusion – Promote gender diversity in the construction sector.
