We are a Construction, Renovation, and FM maintenance company. We are looking for a professional Sales Engineer who sets the company's annual sales goals and works with management to achieve them.
Responsibilities:
• Maintain excellent relationships with existing clients and target new clients. Stay well-versed and updated on market conditions and competitors for pricing and target achievements.
• Have thorough Knowledge of the Construction, Renovations, and FM business models.
• Answer customer inquiries and provide accurate information regarding services, specifications, and availability.
• Have thorough knowledge of codes and standards.
• Understand the client's requirement and give a complete brief about the company and FM services
• Negotiating with clients to secure the most attractive prices.
• Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams
• Have strong communication and interpersonal skills and can lead energy efficiency assessment projects in collaboration with other team members.
Requirements and skills
• Proven 3 to 5 years of experience in Sales, marketing, or a relevant industry
• Proficiency in English and basic Arabic
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or equivalent
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques
• Fast learner and a passion for sales
