Description

We are an established healthcare supplier looking for an aggressive, result-driven Medical Sales Executive to expand our market share. This role focuses on selling high-demand patient monitor consumables, accessories, OR (Operating Room) lights, and OR tables to hospitals, clinics, and medical centers. If you have a strong network in the Saudi healthcare sector and want an uncapped earning potential, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities:
Target and visit private and public hospitals, polyclinics, and day-care surgery centers.

Promote and sell OR equipment (tables/lights) and high-turnover patient monitor consumables/accessories.

Manage the full sales cycle from product demonstration to invoicing and payment collection.

Build strong relationships with biomedical engineers, procurement managers, and OR heads.


What We Offer:
Uncapped Commission: 7% commission paid on every cleared invoice. High-value OR equipment means massive payout potential.

Monthly Allowance: 500 SR fixed monthly allowance to cover your mobile/data and transportation costs.

Probation & Career Growth:
Probation Period: 3 months initial probation.

Iqama Transfer & Fixed Salary: Upon successful completion of the 3-month probation period and based on your sales performance/progress, Iqama sponsorship transfer will be initiated, and a fixed monthly basic salary will be structured.


Requirements:
Proven sales experience in the Saudi healthcare market, specifically dealing with biomedical equipment or medical consumables.

Existing network or database of clinic/hospital procurement contacts is highly preferred.

Strong communication, negotiation, and product demonstration skills.

Must hold a valid Saudi driving license (having your own car is a major plus).

Transferable Iqama is preferred.
