Description

We are looking for independent freelance sales agents / brokers in Jeddah to bring in Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMCs) for:

• Residential buildings & compounds
• Restaurants & commercial properties
• Offices & commercial buildings
• Hotels & other facilities

💰 Commission: 10%–15% per closed contract

No basic salary — commission only.

Example:
SAR 30,000 AMC → SAR 3,000–4,500 commission

Ideal candidates should have existing relationships with:
• Property managers
• Facility managers
• Building owners
• Restaurant/business owners
• Corporate clients

Commission Payment:
Commission will be paid promptly after the client's advance payment is received and the contract is confirmed.

We provide the HVAC technical team, quotation, scope of work and service execution. Your role is to introduce qualified clients and help facilitate the contract.
