Reports To: Company Owner / Managing Director
Location: [Jeddah ]
Salary: SAR 2,000 per month
Job Responsibilities:
1. Administrative Support
Act as the primary point of contact between the owner and internal/external stakeholders.
Manage and organize the owner's schedule, appointments, and meetings.
Prepare reports, memos, letters, and other documents as directed.
Translate and draft documents, emails, and reports in both Arabic and English.
Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
2. Logistics Coordination
Monitor all logistics operations and provide regular updates to the owner.
Coordinate with logistics teams, drivers, and suppliers to ensure timely deliveries and dispatches.
Maintain and track shipment records, delivery schedules, and inventory logs.
Assist in resolving logistics-related issues or delays by following up with concerned departments.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly logistics reports in Arabic and English.
3. Communication & Reporting
Ensure all logistics updates and concerns are clearly communicated to the owner.
Prepare summaries of meetings or field reports for the owner’s review.
Handle incoming calls, messages, and correspondence related to logistics operations.
4. Documentation & Filing
Maintain a well-organized filing system for all logistics and administrative documents.
Keep track of contracts, invoices, delivery notes, and related paperwork.
Ensure that documents are properly labeled, stored, and retrievable when needed.
5. Other Responsibilities
Assist the owner with personal administrative tasks as needed.
Accompany the owner to site visits, meetings, or inspections when required.
Perform general office duties and support company operations as assigned.
Requirements:
Male candidate only (as per job nature and company requirement).
Fluent in Arabic (reading, writing, and speaking) – essential.
Proficient in English – both written and verbal.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Familiarity with logistics operations is a strong advantage.
Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
