Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives and expand market presence in the industrial and electrical sectors.​

Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets.​

Identify and pursue new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.​

Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to inform sales strategies.​

Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses to senior management.​


Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.​

Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of products and services.​

Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to promote products and services.​

Requirements:
Minimum 10 years of managerial experience in sales, with a proven track record in the industrial and electrical products sectors.​

Strong leadership and team management skills.​

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.​

In-depth knowledge of market dynamics, customer needs, and competitive landscape in the industrial and electrical sectors.​

Ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans.​

Proficiency in sales management software and Microsoft Office Suite.​

Valid driving license (required for business-related travel).​
