Job Title: Mechanical QC Supervisor
*Job Summary*
We are seeking an experienced Mechanical QC Supervisor to oversee the quality control of mechanical systems, equipment, and materials. The successful candidate will ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and company quality policies.

*Key Responsibilities*
1. *Quality Control*: Supervise and coordinate quality control activities for mechanical systems, equipment, and materials.
2. *Inspections*: Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with quality standards, regulations, and company policies.
3. *Testing*: Witness and verify mechanical testing, including hydrostatic testing, pneumatic testing, and functional testing.
4. *Documentation*: Review and verify documentation, including quality control records, inspection reports, and test certificates.
5. *Non-Conformance*: Identify, document, and report non-conformances, including defects, deficiencies, and deviations.
6. *Corrective Actions*: Develop, implement, and verify corrective actions to address non-conformances.
7. *Training*: Provide training and guidance to quality control inspectors, technicians, and other personnel.
8. *Industry Standards*: Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and codes, including ASME, API, and AWS.

*Requirements*
1. *Education*: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
2. *Experience*: Minimum 5 years of experience in quality control, inspection, or testing of mechanical systems, equipment, and materials.
3. *Certifications*: Certified Quality Control Inspector (CQCI) or Certified Mechanical Inspector (CMI) certification.
4. *Knowledge*: Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, equipment, and materials, including piping, vessels, and machinery.
5. *Communication*: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

*Preferred Qualifications*
1. *Industry Experience*: Experience in the oil and gas, petrochemical, or power generation industries.
2. *Lead Auditor*: Lead auditor certification, such as ISO 9001 or API Q1.
3. *Mechanical Codes*: Knowledge of mechanical codes, including ASME B31.1, ASME B31.3, and API 650.
