Job Description:
We are looking for a Business Development Executive with expertise in manpower supplying and mechanical project acquisition. The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving revenue growth by bringing in manpower requirements and mechanical projects for the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and secure new business opportunities in manpower supply and mechanical projects.

Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors.

Conduct market research to identify industry trends and emerging opportunities.

Meet sales targets related to manpower and mechanical projects.


Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration

Proven experience in business development, with a focus on manpower supply and/or mechanical projects.

Strong knowledge of manpower outsourcing

Excellent communication, negotiation, and networking skills.

Ability to work independently and handle multiple client requirements.

Self-driven with a results-oriented approach.
