Job Title: Project Operations Manager
Location: Khobar, Dammam, Qatif, Jubail – Saudi Arabia
Sector: Contracting and Project Operations

Responsibilities:

Identify new projects and pursue business opportunities.
Manage the daily operations of MEPFI (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, Finishing, and Interior) projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
Supervise technical and engineering teams to ensure compliance with quality standards.
Prepare periodic progress reports and present them to management.
Build and maintain relationships with current and prospective clients to foster future business opportunities.
Collaborate with various departments to achieve overall project goals.
Ensure compliance with technical specifications, industry standards, and occupational safety regulations.
Requirements:

Minimum of 5 years of experience in project operations or construction management, with a focus on MEPFI works.
Extensive knowledge of the Saudi market and the construction and operations sector.
Strong planning, organizational, and decision-making skills.
Excellent communication and relationship management abilities.
Proficiency in project management software.
Preferably holds an engineering background or a related discipline.

المهام والمسؤوليات:

البحث عن مشاريع جديدة ومتابعة فرص الأعمال.
إدارة العمليات اليومية لمشاريع MEPFI (الميكانيكا، الكهرباء، السباكة، التشطيبات، والتصميم الداخلي) وضمان الالتزام بالجداول الزمنية والموازنات.
الإشراف على الفرق الفنية والهندسية لضمان الالتزام بمعايير الجودة.
إعداد تقارير دورية عن تقدم المشاريع وعرضها على الإدارة.
بناء علاقات مع العملاء الحاليين والمحتملين لتعزيز فرص العمل المستقبلية.
التعاون مع الإدارات المختلفة لتحقيق الأهداف العامة للمشاريع.
ضمان الالتزام بالمواصفات الفنية والمعايير الصناعية ولوائح السلامة المهنية.
المتطلبات:

خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في تشغيل المشاريع أو إدارة الإنشاءات، مع التركيز على أعمال MEPFI.
معرفة واسعة بالسوق السعودي وقطاع الإنشاءات وتشغيل المشاريع.
