🚨 We’re Hiring Senior Sales Manager Electrical Materials

Sadaf Electric Industries Co. a leading Saudi manufacturer and supplier of electrical materials, is looking for an experienced Senior Sales Manager to join our growing team.
SEICO specializes in earthing systems, lightning protection systems, cable management products, exothermic welding solutions, and a wide range of electrical accessories serving industrial, infrastructure, oil & gas, utility, and construction sectors across Saudi Arabia and the GCC.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement strategic sales plans for SEICO’s electrical products portfolio.
• Identify and secure new business opportunities with EPC contractors, MEP contractors, electrical contractors, industrial clients, utilities, consultants, and traders.
• Promote earthing systems, lightning protection systems, exothermic welding products, cable management systems, cable glands, cable lugs, and related accessories.
• Review project specifications, BOQs, and technical documents to identify business opportunities.
• Manage the complete sales cycle, from inquiry and quotation to negotiation, delivery, and collection.
• Support vendor registrations, product approvals, technical submittals, and client prequalification processes.
• Build strong relationships with customers and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies.
• Prepare sales forecasts and regular management reports.
🔹 Requirements:
✅ Minimum 8+ years of sales experience in electrical materials, preferably within Saudi Arabia.
✅ Strong experience dealing with EPC contractors, MEP contractors, electrical contractors, utilities, industrial clients, and traders.
✅ Sound knowledge of:
• Earthing and grounding systems
• Lightning protection systems
• Exothermic welding products
• Cable management systems
• Cable glands and cable lugs
• Low-voltage electrical materials and accessories
✅ Ability to understand BOQs, project specifications, technical submittals, and approval processes.
✅ Strong commercial acumen, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
✅ Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering is preferred.
✅ Strong English communication skills.
✅ Valid Saudi driving license and willingness to travel across the Kingdom.
🔹 Preferred Experience:
• Exposure to Saudi Aramco, SABIC, SEC, industrial, infrastructure, or major EPC projects.
• Existing network with contractors, consultants, procurement teams, and electrical traders in Saudi Arabia.
• Experience in vendor registration, product approvals, and prequalification processes.
