A reputed company is looking to hire a Warehouse Manager with specialized experience in the Oil and Gas sector for the Eastern Region. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in managing warehouse operations for shutdowns in industries such as Power Plants, Oil Refineries, Gas Plants, and Electricity Power Plants and Projects as well.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee warehouse operations for plant shutdowns, ensuring smooth inventory management, material handling, and logistical support.
Coordinate the receipt, storage, and dispatch of materials needed during plant shutdowns.
Ensure timely availability of critical spare parts and equipment for operational continuity.
Work closely with operations teams to plan and manage stock levels, storage layouts, and inventory systems.
Maintain safety, regulatory compliance, and best practices in warehouse activities.
Provide leadership and training to warehouse staff for efficient operations.
Key Requirements:

Significant experience in warehouse management within the Oil & Gas industry.
Proven expertise in handling shutdowns for Power Plants, Oil Refineries, Gas Plants, and Electricity Power Plants.
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and leadership capabilities.
Ability to handle high-pressure situations with attention to detail.
