**Job Description:**
We are urgently seeking a Planning Manager with a civil engineering background to join our team for a long-term project at the Red Sea Global Projects in Umluj.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Develop and manage project schedules.
- Coordinate with project teams to ensure timely completion of milestones.
- Monitor project progress and report on any deviations.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to optimize resource allocation.

**Requirements:**
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
- Proven experience in project planning and management.
- Valid Iqama and medical insurance.
- Ability to work on a direct payroll basis without Iqama transfer (Ajeer contract can be arranged).
