About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our dynamic
team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing
and managing large-scale construction or engineering projects from inception to
completion. The role requires strong leadership, excellent organizational skills, and the
ability to manage multiple stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time, within
budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Project Planning and Execution:
○ Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource
allocation.
○ Oversee the entire project lifecycle, from initial planning to final delivery.
○ Ensure all project objectives, deliverables, and milestones are met.
2. Team Leadership and Management:
○ Lead and manage multidisciplinary teams, including engineers,
contractors, and subcontractors.
○ Foster a collaborative and productive work environment.
○ Provide guidance, mentorship, and support to team members.
3. Stakeholder Communication:
○ Act as the primary point of contact for clients, consultants, and other
stakeholders.
○ Prepare and present regular project updates, including progress reports,
risk assessments, and financial summaries.
○ Ensure clear and effective communication between all parties involved in
the project.
4. Budget and Cost Control:
○ Monitor project budgets and ensure cost-effective use of resources.
○ Identify and mitigate financial risks.
○ Prepare and review financial reports, including cost forecasts and
expenditure tracking.
5. Quality Assurance and Compliance:
○ Ensure all work complies with local regulations, industry standards, and
company policies.
○ Implement quality control measures to ensure the highest standards of
workmanship.
○ Conduct regular site inspections and audits.
6. Risk Management:
○ Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
○ Proactively address issues that may impact project timelines, costs, or
quality.
○ Ensure health, safety, and environmental (HSE) standards are adhered to
at all times.
7. Project Documentation:
○ Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including
contracts, drawings, and reports.
○ Ensure all project records are properly archived upon completion.
Qualifications and Experience:
● Education: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a
related field. A Master’s degree or PMP certification is a plus.
● Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in project management,
preferably in large-scale construction infrastructure, MEP or Fitout projects.
● Technical Skills: Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Primavera,
MS Project) and strong knowledge of construction methodologies.
● Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and manage large teams in a fast-paced
environment.
● Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in
English and Arabic.
● Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to
address complex project challenges.
● Certifications: PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certifications
are highly desirable.
