Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum 5 years of proven experience working as a Construction Foreman in the Middle East with a reputable construction company.
• Language Proficiency:

o Must be fluent in English, Arabic, Urdu, and Hindi to effectively communicate with a multicultural workforce.

Job Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage construction site activities, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Supervise construction workers and subcontractors to ensure high standards of work.
• Coordinate tasks according to priorities and plans, allocating resources and manpower effectively.
• Monitor equipment usage, materials, and site operations for safety and efficiency.
• Resolve site issues and conflicts swiftly while maintaining productivity.
• Communicate regularly with project managers to report progress and address challenges.
