Sales Engineer – ICT / ELV (Riyadh)

We are looking for a motivated Sales Engineer to join our growing ICT/ELV Contracting business unit in Riyadh.

Requirements
Transferable Iqama (mandatory)
Driving License (Mandatory)
Bachelor degree / BTech / Technical Diploma with experience selling solutions and getting new clients and projects.
2–4 years of outdoor sales experience in Saudi Arabia
Proven track record of generating new clients and securing ICT/ELV projects
Existing network with contractors, consultants, FM companies, or corporate clients is an advantage
Knowledge of ICT/ELV solutions such as Structured Cabling, CCTV, Access Control, Networking, Wi-Fi, Data Centres, PA/VA, Parking solutions and related systems. Ability to learn and get involved in new offerings by the company.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills

Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities across Riyadh
Visit contractors, consultants, corporate clients, and project sites to generate new business
Register the company with clients, contractors, and vendor portals
Generate RFQs, follow up on quotations, and convert leads into projects
Build and maintain long-term client relationships
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Coordinate with the technical team during proposal preparation and project handover
Compensation & Benefits
Basic Salary: SAR 3,500 per month (reviewed after 6 months)
Commission:
2% on projects up to SAR 250,000
3% on projects above SAR 250,000
Additional performance incentives for achieving quarterly sales targets
