We are urgently looking for a dynamic and experienced Logistics & Supply Chain Manager to join our team!

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage the entire logistics and supply chain operations, including procurement, warehousing, inventory management, and transportation.
Develop and implement supply chain strategies to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and ensure timely delivery of products.
Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and internal teams to maintain smooth operations.
Analyze data and key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and optimize processes.
Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and safety standards.
Lead and manage a team of logistics and supply chain personnel.
Negotiate with carriers and vendors to ensure cost-effective and timely delivery solutions.
Handle any logistics-related issues and provide solutions to avoid disruptions in the supply chain.


Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).
Proven experience (5+ years) in logistics and supply chain management, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
Strong understanding of supply chain management principles, logistics operations, and inventory control.
Experience with supply chain management software and ERP systems.
Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
