We are expanding our operations and are looking for experienced professionals from the Third-Party Logistics (3PL) Warehouse Industry to join our growing team.

✅ Mandatory Eligibility Criteria
• Age: 21–40 Years
• Education: Diploma / Bachelor's Degree (Master's Degree preferred for managerial positions)
• Language: Good command of English (Speaking, Reading & Writing)
• Computer Skills: Computer literate with good knowledge of MS Office and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
• Experience: ONLY candidates with 3PL Warehouse experience will be considered.
• Candidates from manufacturing, retail, construction, production, trading, or other industries need not apply.

📌 Experience Requirements
Warehouse Manager
• 10–15 years of warehouse/logistics experience
• Minimum 5 years in a managerial role within a 3PL warehouse
Assistant Warehouse Manager
• 8–12 years of warehouse experience
• Minimum 3 years in a supervisory/assistant managerial role within a 3PL warehouse
Warehouse Supervisor
• 5–8 years of warehouse operations experience in a 3PL environment
Warehouse Team Leader
• 4–6 years of warehouse operations experience in a 3PL environment
Warehouse Coordinator
• 3–5 years of warehouse coordination experience using WMS
Storekeeper
• Minimum 2 years of warehouse inventory and storekeeping experience in a 3PL warehouse
MHE Operator (Reach Truck / VNA / Forklift)
• Minimum 2 years of experience operating warehouse equipment in a 3PL warehouse
• Valid equipment operating licence/certification will be an advantage

Key Responsibilities
Depending on the position, responsibilities include:
• Manage receiving, storage, picking, packing, replenishment and dispatch operations
• Ensure accurate inventory management through WMS, cycle counting and stock audits
• Maintain FIFO/FEFO, batch and expiry control
• Monitor warehouse productivity and operational KPIs
• Ensure compliance with QHSE policies and warehouse SOPs
• Supervise manpower and maintain high operational productivity
• Coordinate inbound and outbound transportation activities
• Maintain customer service levels and achieve SLA targets
• Ensure safe warehouse operations and proper housekeeping
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and process optimization
• Manage warehouse equipment and operational resources efficiently

Technical Knowledge Required
Candidates should possess sound knowledge of:
• Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
• Inventory Control
• Inbound & Outbound Operations
• Order Picking & Packing
• Distribution Operations
• Cycle Count & Stock Audit
• FIFO / FEFO
• Barcode & RF Scanner Operations
• MS Excel and Microsoft Office
• KPI Reporting
• QHSE Standards
• Food, Health & Cosmetics Warehouse Operations
