*Job Title:* Senior Electrical Design Engineer

*Reports to:* Electrical Engineering Manager

*Location:NEOM

*Job Summary:*

We are seeking an experienced Senior Electrical Design Engineer (Total experience should be as a design engineer) to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the design and development of electrical systems for various projects, including infrastructure, industrial, and commercial developments.

*Key Responsibilities:*

1. Lead the design and development of electrical systems, including power distribution, lighting, and control systems.
2. Develop and review electrical designs, including schematics, wiring diagrams, and control logic diagrams.
3. Conduct site visits to gather information and data for design development.
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including mechanical, civil, and architectural engineers.
5. Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and resource allocation.
6. Ensure compliance with relevant electrical codes, standards, and regulations.
7. Mentor and guide junior engineers and designers.
8. Participate in design reviews and provide constructive feedback.
9. Develop and maintain relationships with clients, contractors, and stakeholders.
10. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, technologies, and best practices.

*Requirements:*

1. Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
2. Minimum 10 years of experience in electrical design engineering, preferably in a construction engineering firm or a similar industry.
3. Professional Engineer (PE) license or equivalent.
4. Strong knowledge of electrical codes, standards, and regulations, including the National Electric Code (NEC).
5. Proficient in electrical design software, including AutoCAD, Revit, and ETAP.
6. Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
7. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.

*Preferred Qualifications:*

1. Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
2. Experience with electrical design software, including SKM PowerTools and EasyPower.
3. Familiarity with building information modeling (BIM) and integrated project delivery (IPD) methods.
4. LEED AP or WELL AP certification.
5. Experience with electrical commissioning and testing.
